If AVG and Norton can not detect a virus, how do you know that you have a virus?

Find a removal tool virus, I usually use on computers with patch. Its called ComboFix and you can get free trial version of it. After installation, you connect the flash drive, open it then. Run ComboFix and make everything he says. You get what you have and to hold up your files. I guarantee it.
