Because a house is like an inn should not prevent its use as single-family home recorded. You need a lawyer. If you use the property in fee simple, the impact the title insurance. You can call the company title, location and vendor. First you have to stop the evictions and why you need a lawyer.

I do not understand how you can buy a house without the title and a number of other issues that the sample into bankruptcy. The sale should never end. Something is not ringing here. You do not pay a private party in cash for this house, right? If so, somebody, you're probably wrong. I recommend that you contact a lawyer realestate start looking at the ownership of the property. The lawyer can advise you what to do.
