In theory, your proposal is very good. This is another technique known as atherectomy. But the device is expensive and may sometimes result in perforation of the arterial wall. Stenting is easier, cheaper and more effective. There is also widespread in major cardiovascular centers.

Wrap the walls of the arteries is safer than trying to remove too. If a doctor can help remove plaque could break up and circulate in the blood can cause a stroke or heart attack if introduced elsewhere.

It is much safer.

You have the right opportunity ...
